About Me

Dr. Spangler is the Director of Bands for the Mt. Vernon Community Schools where she manages all aspects of the instrumental music program. She holds a Doctor of Arts in Music Education and Educational Psychology from Ball State University and is an active clinician, adjudicator, performer, and guest conductor.
